The reasons why the confirmation mail from iiwii won't come could be because of the following. There is the possibility that your email or virus software has processed our email as spam. In order to prevent this from happening, please change your email settings to allow this email address to go through.

*Please contact the email provider for inquiries on changing the settings. In the case that our email has not gone through after these procedures, the email address may be wrong. In this case, please recheck the email address from "my page".

We do not accept changing the payment method, so we ask that you cancel and reorder the item. Please inquire CONTACT for the cancelling procedure.

You may choose to either use credit card, make a bank transfer, or pay when delivered. The accepted cards are the following.

JCB, Paypal, Amazon pay,
VISA, mastercard, Americanexpress.

Please make an inquiry to CONTACT. You can see the order status on "mypage".
Please note that you cannot change your order after delivery.

Overseas shipping is avalible.
You can check the shipping prices if you change the settings to overseas when making a purchase.

Here at iiwii, in the case that there is damage or loss when the art piece is delivered, we will replace the item.
This is limited to items that have been recieved within 7 days upon delivery, and within 3 days upon replying to the return, replacement mail.
We ask that you send the item to this address. Iiwii will cover shipping fees.

Again, art pieces change as time passes, so we cannot place insurance on any items after the delivery has been successfully made.
We do not accept changing sizes of items. We ask for your understanding.
If you use the AR technology on our website in your room, you will be able to see how the art piece would look. (The AR technology is limited to iphones only.)

Here at iiwii, if there is any instance where there are defective merchindise, we accept refunds.
This is limited to items that have been recieved within 7 days upon delivery, and within 3 days upon replying to the return, replacement mail.

In order to make a purchase at iiwii, you must become a member. By doing so, the ordering procedure will go smoothly. You can also save any art pieces you like in "MY GALLERY". Becoming a member is free of charge.

Please enter your email address at the log in page where it says "Forgot password?". We will send a link where you can renew your password.

If you cannot log in, please check the following.
1. In the case that you ID or password is different, or if the font is Japanese, you will not be able to log in. In the case that you cannot log in after multiple attempts, please go to the log in page where you can reset your password when clicking "Forgot password?
2. There may be an error with the browser, so try to lower the privacy setting and try again.

Depending on the artist, it is possible to make order made (original) art pieces.

We cannot place insurance on any art pieces that the customer has broken or lost. Again, art pieces change as time passes, so we cannot place insurance on any items after the delivery has been successfully made. We ask for your understanding.
